# Get LRC20 Tokens

The native tokens of Loop Network (**Loop**) are **LRC20**.

To do most things on LRC, you will need to pay gas, which comes in the form of LRC20 LOOP.

You will also need the LRC20 version of any token you want to trade, stake etc. on LRC.

You can go a few ways about converting your tokens to LRC20, but here are the ones we recommend:

**-Step 1:** Enter <https://thesphynx.co>\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 2:** Connect your wallet and select BSC Network\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 3:** Swap BNB to LOOP.\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 4:** Go to the [Bridge](https://thesphynx.co/bridge/56)\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 5:** Select LOOP as the currency to be bridged and then type the amount.\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 6:** Select LOOP network. Then Click on Approve and Next.\
\&#xNAN;**-Step 7:** Click on Confirm and approve the transaction.
